Caring for our elders with a whole-person approach
Working with older adults is one of the most rewarding parts of my acupuncture practice. Many of my patients are in their 60s to 80s, and over the years I’ve seen how much this medicine can offer — not just in easing pain, but in helping improve their overall quality of life! Every person who comes through my door brings a unique story, health history, and way of life. That’s why I don’t just focus on symptoms — I look at the whole person. We take time to talk about sleep, digestion, emotions, daily habits, and stress levels, because all of these things contribute to our health. Acupuncture is just one part of the process. Together, we work on small but meaningful lifestyle shifts that can make day-to-day life more comfortable and joyful.
